At LIMÉ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selected items do not meet your expectations, you may return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return request form.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return form inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection using the pre-paid shipping label provided.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
